Noise generation of hydraulic cutting machine

1, lack of hydraulic oil tank, pump suction air or oil filter dirt blocking will cause the pump oil, causing bubbles in the oil discharge impact blade noise generated, the solution is to check the amount of oil, prevent inhalation of air and clean the filter.

2, hydraulic oil viscosity, increase flow resistance, need to replace the appropriate hydraulic oil.

3, due to oil pump or motor bearing or blade damage, coupling concentricity deviation caused by noise, to adjust concentricity or replacement parts.

4, the direction of the valve failure but the function is still in, such as the valve core wear, leakage, burr blockage, mobility is not flexible, solenoid valve due to current failure and will produce noise. The solution is to clean the valve core or replace the new parts, the current should be stable and sufficient.

5, hydraulic components damaged or oil pipeline obstruction, so that the flow of hydraulic oil to produce noise.

6, the mechanical part of the fault, the machine lubrication, parts loose, should find out the reason to tighten or replace.
