Use

The automatic sliding table four-column punching machine is mainly used for punching non-metallic materials such as leather, plastic, rubber, cloth, nylon, cardboard, foam, and composite materials. Other uses are considered inappropriate.

Features

1. All the sliding parts of the machine are lubricated by the hydraulic system, which reduces wear and extends the service life of the machine.

2. When the upper pressing plate is quickly pressed down to the cutting die for cutting operations, it will automatically cut slowly, reducing the size error between the upper and lower layers of the cut.

3. The motor oil pump is installed externally, with good ventilation and cooling conditions, safe operation and long life. Because of the lack of heating source, the hydraulic oil has low oil temperature and long oil seal life.

4. The knife mold setting is quick and accurate, easy to learn.

5. The cutting material is placed on the sliding plate of the sliding table and fed into the working area of the machine from the sliding table to prevent human hands or other non-working items from entering the machine, which improves the safety of the machine.
