1、Application

This machine is suitable for automatic punching and thermoforming of roll and sheet material. And make continuous automatic punching and thermoforming to the non-metallic materials such as automobile noise insulation cotton.

2、Structural composition and functional characteristics

After the machine manually position on the roll, the sheet material, and the hot stamping is performed, the formed material is manually pulled out and taken away.

Operation steps: set the relevant parameters on the touch screen, fix the die on the punch head and fix the material manually to the punching area. Press the start button, the punching head down, press back and raise, manually move the material, punch again, manually pick up the finished product, and so on.
