4、Main features:

a、Using precise machine to fulfill the upper and down cutting face,and the errow of the faces is ≤ ± 0.10㎜

b、Two hands operation design.The machien can work only with two hands to press button, which can improve the safety;

c、Machine is equipped with double-sided automatic feeding station . the material of sliding plate is alloy steel plate with thickness of 30mm and is grinding and durable. Using linear 

guide rail, slider-crank mechanism drive slider for reciprocating linear motion, ,whichh is with smooth running, high precision and long life（Smoother than the formal machine）；

d、Machine is equipped with upper walk device to improve the cutting quality and decrease cutting plate consumption;

e、Machine is equipped with automatic mechnical position device.Automatically set stroke according to the height of the cutting die. The cutting depth can be adjusted on the touch screen。(much more precise and convenient than formal machine)

f、Machine is centralized controlled by PLC and operated on man-machine interface.  It is convenient for setting cutting stroke and with high cutting precision;

g、Mainframe adopts gantry frame structure and is slide guide, hydraulic drive, high strength and long life

h、Use flywheel energy storage to achieve high cutting, which saves electricity
