II、USE AND CHARACTERISTICS:

1. The cutting production line is suitable for continuous cutting of rolled sand paper, featured by high efficiency and high quality. 

2.The cutting production line consists of the uncoiler, feeding mechanism, main cutting machine, automatic limit stopper, finished products collector, dust remover, waste winder, etc. It is controlled by microcomputer       with simple , prompt and accurate operation. The machine is provided with the dust remover, which can collect the dust produced during the production and make the production site clean and tidy.

3. The main machine adopts the four-column precision guiding mechanism,which can guarantee that the cutting depth at every cutting position is same.

4.It is equipped with the die cutter pneumatic clamp device to make the replacement of die cutter convenient and prompt. 

5. It is equipped with the automatic limit stopper, which can automatically adjust limit stopping height according to different die cutters ,so as to ensure the cutting precision and prolong the service life of the die cutter.

6. The twin-roller mechanism driven by the servo motor is adopted for feeding and the feeding is accurate. 

7. Products of special specifications can be specially designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
