HSYT Series Intelligent CNC Die-cutting Machine

1. This machine is used for the continuous die-cutting of various non-metallic rolled or  flaky materials using the moulded cutting die in apparel, shoes and cap, medical equipment, cultural articles, sports goods industry etc.

2. The machine uses the upper computer for control purpose and supports copying cutting die, inputting electronic graphics, automatic typesetting etc. It also supports on-screen display and may precisely control machine movement along the directions of X, Y, Z andβ. The punch may automatically perform die-cutting according to the position preset using the typesetting software.

3. The specially designed oil circuit system provides a high pressure. Flywheel energy storage technology is adopted to save energy. The maximum die-cutting frequency can reach 50 times per minute.

4. The machine is provided with a cutting die storage system (standard configuration: 10 die-cutters). It is possible to automatically replace various sizes of cutting dies to obtain materials.

5. With automatic code identification function, the machine can identify cutting dies automatically according to computer instructions to prevent errors.

6. With memory function, the machine may store various operating modes.

7. The machine uses a rodless cylinder to control the storage and retrieval of cutting dies, which ensures fast and stable operation.

8. The machine has a sled type feeding mechanism and supports automatic circulatory spreading. It may be used for the die-cutting of extremely thin and soft coil materials, as well as sheet materials.

9. The machine is driven by a servo motor to ensure accurate feeding. The use of servo motor and ball screw as drive systems enables the punch to achieve precise positioning. The servo motor driven rotary punch ensures accurate die cutting position. The servo motor is also used to control the position of cutting dies in storage to ensure high operating efficiency and precision positioning.

10. The machine is enclosed by protective mesh. The discharge port is provided with safety light curtain to enhance the safety of the machine.
