Applicable adhesive types: oil-based adhesive, water-based adhesive

Main configurations:

1. Feeding: The magnetic powder tension and pneumatically expanding shaft are adopted for u unwinding.

2. Adhesive applying: According to different adhesive types, the machine will select different types of adhesive applying devices. The scraping  knife is adopted for the oil-based adhesive, and the comma-shaped knife is adopted for oil-based and water-based adhesive dual-use type.

3. Oven: The length depends on the output. The thermoelectric heating tube is adopted for heating.

4. Driving: The speed adjustment motor is adopted.

5. Winding: Friction plate winding, magnetic powder tension and pneumatically expanding shaft center winding (optional).
