Uses and characteristics:

1 this machine is suitable for large factories with molding cutter for carpet, leather, rubber, cloth and other non-metallic materials for a large number of blanking.

3 host using four oriented, double crank balance, four die adjustment mechanism hydraulic control system, ensure the machine cutting speed and precision, all sliding connecting parts adopt center automatic lubrication device, to wear to a minimum.

4 the input and output of the material are conveyed on the conveyor belt, and the die cutting of the material is finished automatically on the conveyor belt.

5 photoelectric pneumatic deviation correcting device is adopted to ensure the precision of the conveyor belt.

6 machine cutting area of the inlet and outlet is provided with a safety screen, to ensure the safety of the operator.

7 knife die fixed pneumatic clamping device, easy to replace the knife die.
