How to adjust the pressure of the rocker cutting machine

    The rocker cutting machine is a small die-cutting machine that is manually operated and is suitable for cutting products with small specifications. Because the size of the cut die is different and the thickness of the material is not the same, the pressure required is not complete. The following describes how the rocker can adjust the pressure. There are two main ways:

1、Under normal circumstances, fine-tune the machine pressure by the knob on the swing arm head, as shown in the following figure:

Adjustment knob: When the knob is adjusted to the minimum, the pressure is minimum; when the knob is adjusted to the maximum, the pressure is maximum

2、Adjust the hydraulic valve inside the cutting machine

Step 1、 Adjust the screw pointed as below photo and adjust the pressure to the left and right.

Step 2、After adjusting to the applicable pressure, tighten the screw pointed as below photo
